When I was actively playing here I used to check the player list to see any potential PVM that could be doing any champion spawn, so that being said, I think that removing player list is actually going to make pvprs, brk, doob or whatever look for champions, cora or anything else instead of just looking at the player list. On pvmrs side, people wont be looking for pvprs at the player list, which gonna make them start adventuring more at fel, or maybe not bc afraid of fighting outnumbered. I don't think that the player list feature is used other than seeing if there's any threats online imo, I might be wrong. But people could just check if ur friend is online by looking at discord idk.
Also this non sense bot scouting accusation has been in the server for so much time, t2a can literally be all checked in 10 min or less, with 2, 3 people roaming around t2a it could be something around 5 min, not hard to check spawns
Now related to speed , idk too much about turning speed delay but I do know that 2 things affect speed, FPS and ping, so original client must be running around 15 fps, if ur pc can't handle a stable 15, you will have lag spikes which will result in being slower, same thing for Classic Uo, u can change the fps to whatever ur want, u can run it at 20 fps or 200 if u want, but its basically the same thing if ur PC doesn't have it stabl. If u set it to 60fps but ur PC keeps going 30-40-60 its probaly gonna be as slower as original client with lag spikes. I know that bc a friend of mine have installed ClassicUO thinking he'd get smoother, but his computer couldn't handle high stable fps, so he had to set it to 15-20 fps, by the end he just went back to original client because he already had it all set up there , macros and hotkeys.
I know I don't play as often as before but maybe this can help somehow or maybe not lol
Also sorry if I commit any mistake at grammar, not my native language
