Anyone know the author? maybe from 5 or 10 years ago?

You do know that Scat is slang for Sh!t don't you? Bear scat, wolf scat and so on.....

Honestly, I haven't a clue. Is that the only text in the book or are there more pages? I'm inclined to think it's player generated. If found on the ground with no known events taking place it could be a left over from an IDOC. I have been wrong before so it's a mystery.

Just checked the wiki....nothing came up but you never know EA did some pretty stupid stuff back in the day...just sayin
