Player Housing on Heritage

Housing on Heritage works like it does on any UO shard with a few exceptions.

1. Decay

• Houses on Heritage will decay if not refreshed by their owners or co-owners.
• It takes 181 days (around 6 months) of inactivity before a house will completely fall.
  • Stages of Decay
    • Like New = 0 - 36 days.
    • Slightly Worn = 36 - 72 days.
    • Somewhat Worn = 72 - 108 days.
    • Fairly Worn = 108 - 144 days.
    • Greatly Worn = 144 - 180 days.
    • In Danger Of Collapsing = 24 hours after the 180th day.

2. Number

• Players can place an unlimited number of houses provided there is enough space in the world.

3. Prices

• Houses cost about 4x as much on Heritage.
  • The Keep(15,000,000gp) and Castle(25,000,000gp) cost quite a bit more.
