Implemented New Store Item - Dye Cabinet

The Dye Cabinet:

• Will be able to store most dyes and pigments that use charges.
  • Hair Dye is currently still in testing as they do not.
• Will allow players to combine dyes and pigments into bottles with a maximum 50 charges.
• Will allow players to uncombine dyes and pigments into bottles with 1 charge.
• Will allow players to combine/uncombine dyes and pigments into bottles anywhere within that range.
• All dyes stored in the cabinet will not count towards house storage or cabinet weight.
• Can sort by dye name or hue.

Will be opening up a Heritage Test Center later on today and would appreciate any help in testing/finding potential bugs with this item.
