I have been using this and something seemed off, I went and tested today and it is very broken compared to OSI:
How it works on Heritage: When you apply it and smack somebody it Does extra Damage + a delayed set of extra damage
How it works on OSI: When you applit it and smack somebody it applies the extra Damage + THE ATTACKER AKA the APPLIER takes Damage - not the person he is attacking. ON top of that every 12th hit there is a Paralyze that will Proc on the PERSON BEING ATTACKED.
Currently it seems that Force of Nature on Heritage is applying the delayed damage to the wrong person and there is no 12th hit Paralyze(There is also an animation with this).
I am also not sure if the damage are lined up and since they have revamped force of nature since its original creation it might need to be revisited.
Here is a video of my testing + patch notes:

• Force of Nature rework, now applies 15-35 delayed direct damage to the attacker. The attacker receives a damage increase of 50%-100% based on their strength. The attacker also applies a stun their target for two seconds which can be reduced by magic resist every 12th hit. Equipping the weapon will reset the hit count.
