Festival Grounds

I was just throwing the suggestion that reds should be able to go to festival grounds..

I am not against this, only thing is the reds won't be able to do many of the quests, like the dark father, ect.

Thats fine, some they still can do but being able to have them there in the common grounds would be nice.
As of right now I cannot access the festival grounds in any moongates.
