So i noticed while using Necro Mastery "tamed" undeads are not granted extra life leech while Fighting and are hard to keep alive by healing them. According to uo.com
"The necromancer has a chance to command the undead to do their bidding based on necromancy skill, spirit speak skill, mastery level, and creature barding difficulty while providing life leech to the target. Requires 2 follower slots. conduit "

So, it takes the life of the necromancer and transfers it to the pet? Do we have any idea how much at a time or how often it ticks?

No. It give pets ability to leech life from damage they dealing same as vampiric embrance. Not from necromancer

And amount of life that get back to them is affected by necromancer Spirit Speak.
"The amount of life drain that controlled Undead receive, is based mainly upon your SS. With how Skeletal Dragons can hit almost as hard as a GD (so 2 SDs > 1 GD for damage output), they can leech back quite a bit of health if your SS 120real"

After digging a bit here and there only info that came up was its same math like mana leech from wraith form so its 20% or 24% from each hit/aoe dmg undeads done while controlled.

If you get a moment, could you please post the links where you deduced that?

So seems like that 24% was related to UOAlive mechanic.

On Stratics people only mentioned https://community.stratics.com/threads/skeletal-dragons-if-youre-curious.402378/

Yeah, Skele Drags are pretty fun for a non-tamer Necromage to play with. Whenever i do Travesty, my Necro/Mage/Mystic has 2 Skele Drags with him to help dish out damage as i spam Conduit+Poison Strike on Travesty. My Necro/Mage/Mystic has GM Necro/120 SS/Lvl 3 Primer, so his Skele Drags get a decent amount of Life Leech.
Skeletal Dragons are basically equivalent to Shadow Wyrms, just with higher DEX potential."

At this moment undead life leech with 120/120 necro/ss real skill is flat 0 so its hardly usefull

Ok since still stuck on that life leech
That what it said on Uoguide in Publish90
Page.

Necromancy

  • Command Undead - the necromancer has a chance to command the undead to do their bidding based on necromancy skill, spirit speak sill, mastery level, and creature barding difficulty while providing a life leech to the target."

Here controlled undead die fast and not leech life from damage in ANY WAY and should get back life from every source of their damage
