I think the abundance of NPC vendors is what heavily affects this now.
I think that if Yew (right by the weavers circle) had the amount of NPC's that Luna has AND a moongate leading right to it (and also removed from VvV if it's in it) then & only then would it have a chance to become the new afk hub.
But again i ask "What is the benefit of changing the AFK hub from Luna to Yew"???
