Bronze Heritage crate key?

Just seeing this for the first time! I can't find anything on forums discussing where to get a key(?) Or how to get a key.

oh gawd... lock-boxes?? IMO Lock-boxes are a waste of $$$ Sorry to be a negative nancy.. but they really are just a way for gaming companies to mine real $$ in other games.. i would hate to see Heritage polluted with them..

The boxes and keys as far as I know will not be donation tho so no $$ will be necessary..

Yesterday he talked about possibly putting the boxes on donation vendor if I remember right but you’d still have to farm the correct key or some shit like that.

As discussed on Discord that is not their intent at all. However we add the keys, there will be ways to get them in-game. The primary way to get keys will be to participate in in-game events and forum contests.

Okay cool! As long as there are other ways of obtaining keys other than cash, then cool!

I haven't even considered cash yet. There will be 3 tiers, with the top tier consisting of high end artifacts.

Bronze crates will always spawn right there in Luna. If you have a key on you, and double click the crate, a random minor artifact or craft resource will pop in your backpack, the crate will be destroyed and in 10 minutes a new one will appear.

I have not decided on the spawn locations for the Silver and Gold crates.
