Summons that die or dismissed (summon fey) stay on the bards mastery list, this causes the upkeep cost to keep growing with each 5 that are summoned, you can easily test this by summon/release and watch mana cost (if you maintain the cost then keep/summon release you will see the cost increase)
It can also be noticed by using invigorate, it increases the HP's and is supposed to heal them, but when you release and resummon they don't "receive the buff animation, but have the increased HP, but no longer receive the healing)

I also believe that the Despair needs to be adjusted:

it applies magic resist to all targets, unless its a player?
