Jewels do not get penalized when you imbue a looted item - unlike any other loot in the game. This means you can save yourself precious mats by finding clean (1 or 2 mods) jewels with mods you would otherwise need essences for.
Come to the Zeal Jewelers to find some clean 150 luck jewels, clean fc 1, or clean fc3, clean mr 4 or other mods that you can use when imbuing the perfect piece for your suit!
You can find the Zeal shop easily by running WEST out of luna bank. I'm the first house you will see on the north.
