Well of souls

I'm recently return to play on Heritage, last year I did the whole Jolly Rogers Quest and now I cant enter in the well of souls. It gives that message:


I'm wearing the fellowship medallion and I have all the stuff in my backpack, Sheet Music for Stones and a Lute toned to stones.

So I decide to do the whole quest with another character, but the instruments and the golden box are not there(Britain) and Castle Sallé Dacil looks like is not in his decorated form or ruins form is an third option:

ps: I did enter in the well of souls before, last year.

You need to have 20 music as well for this part in castle. It become decorated between certain hours.
I have that issue before too-
The box is inside britain Bank i just check it right now. Maybe you missed part with ghosts outside Well of souls?

I did the whole quest before and I cant enter the well of souls now. I already entered there last year

The castle become decorated between certain hours, but should be in ruins not empty like my screenshot.

And the britain part I did all the steps before with my another character

You have new medalion or old one? It has same color or changed? Mine got diffrent color once i was at half of quest and not worked on other chars

Yeah I believe the color matters.

@proko just because you did it one way a while ago does not mean a bug or error was not recognized later and a patch changed it. Not saying that is what happened here but I do want to point that out.

I would simply search the internet for quest guides or wait for a kind soul to help you out here.

Try searching "ultima online fellowship medallion color"

Get 8 new coins for new medalion. Also cant use previous Sheet of music and same lute

@proko I do believe @Argalep found an issue with the castle generating on Heritage.

It was patched in this morning.
