Starting December 17th players will no longer start with the option to set skills.

This was never meant to be in long term. Players have until this date to create characters and take advantage of the free skill advancement.

Yer shard, yer choice. But I think this may deter new players from choosing Heritage. We need to give people reasons to play here, over other shards.. I think this is a bad move. But.. just my opinion.

The same cookie cutter skill advancement token that most shards have is also not something I planned on having a part of Heritage for a long time. It has not had a huge impact thus far.

As we approach our 2nd year anniversary I am going to attempt a new approach.

Currently I am working on a new (young) player system that I hope to introduce before the 2nd year anniversary.
