Spellweaving and pets for focus

I'm sure this has come up before, but searching pets and spellweaving brings up a ton of unrelated posts.
So, I'll ask here.
Why doesn't a pet's spellweaving ability count towards a person in a focus circle?

Swap mastery to spellweaving lvl 3 and you can get focus lvl 6 using only one character

Yes, normally I log in 3 accounts to use the yew circle.
My Cu has 120 weaving, and if I dismount it, shouldn't it count as a participant.

Another thought just hit me, I've seen my pet casting Word of Death way too early in the fight.
Can the ai for casting spellweaving hold off on casting WoD until the target is below 25%?

Just swap mastery to weaving? And swap back after 15min to whatever you using?
I never logged more than one char for 6lvl cisrle and just wait 15min to swap back mastery if need that at all
