FIXED Reptalon|ColdDrake|Cusidhe can't be trained to Magery Mastery

Reptalon must be able to be trained to Magery Mastery.
Reptalon will learn Magery and Eval Int.

But Magery Mastery is not a option in Magical Abilities for Reptalon.

Reptalon|ColdDrake|CuSidhe can't be trained to Magery Mastery and must be able to Adding "| MageryMastery" to line 96 fix these 3.

I'm so happy!!
We all can have magery cu sidhes or magery reptalons!
and will be for every servuo/trueuo based shard in the world.
because i made the pull request for trueuo and for servuo too.

Serpentine dragon will be the best magery pet,
but you can't mount they.
