A snowman is listed at 6,500 points. I love that (hehe), but TBH I think it's high for Heritage. They are quite common and were given out as early as this past Christmas.
Heads on a Spike are only 50 points. Since those are a couple of years old at this point, I would bump them up a fair bit. Same thing goes for the jack o' lanterns I suppose.
Honestly, any of the Christmas stuff I think could fairly be set at 100+ points. So many of us have a lot of that stuff, but it's not like it's old or super rare. If I could get, say, 500 points for a holiday timepiece (OSI is 8,000 points) I would turn them in.
It's good to have this discussion and toss around ideas, but simply put, I would base turn-in points off of the number of a certain item in the game and how long ago it was given out, especially if it's an item that will never make a comeback in future events. It's difficult to determine a point value without some kind of guiding criteria.

Here's another possible idea:
Event item (still available) 50 points
Event item (no longer available, within the last year)100+ points
Event item (no longer available, at least two years old)500+ points
Event item (no longer available, at least two years old and never coming back)1,000+ points
How many exist, do I plan on releasing them again, and how long ago were they released on Heritage, before any point value is assigned. I won't personally be using UOGuide at all during this process.
Heads on a spike - new point value?
Snowmen - point value?
Halloween pumpkins - ? (Can't sort by year they all use the same base)

If we went with the key from my last post, then Heads on a Spike would be around 500 points. They are (I think) two years old at this point. UNLESS they will never be available again, in which case they should creep up near 1,000 points. Of course, the number of them in the game should also be a mitigating factor. I know there are A LOT of them... so maybe 750? Snowmen would only be around 100 points, since they were available from the holiday tree this past year. Halloween pumpkins I think are available every year and were obtainable as recently as Halloween 2019? Those would also be around 100 points.
I thought I was being realistic!?
I'll never be opposed to rares and old event items having higher turn-in point values though, because I have a lot of them. More points for me if Dan decides to do things your way!
Yeah so... having that one be worth 3,500 points would be way too high. Those half aprons were super easy to get.
But... since it's an item that's at least two years old with no plan for it to return... I originally said 1,000+ points. I could see that one being worth 1,500 - 2,000 points tops with the number you say are still out there.
In addition to what's already been listed... PLEASE CONSIDER ADDING SOME (OR ALL) OF THE CHRISTMAS AND VALENTINE'S ITEMS TO THE CUB TURN IN. They take up so much space... lol. You'll have to provide release years though. Some of them don't say, or I don't remember. Most would fall under the 100+ or 500+ category based on what I described above.
