Looking for feedback/improvements on enhanced greater Tokuno artifacts

In the upcoming Tokuno summer festival, it will be possible to upgrade some older greater Tokuno artifacts into new "enhanced" versions.

I am looking for feedback on the following 3 shown artifacts and will post some others as they get coded.

For the following 3:
  • Underpowered?
    • If so please post a similar item that would be used instead of this one.
    • What could be done to improve it without making it too powerful?
  • Overpowered?
    • What should be changed?

It's always a good time when the topic of upgrading old doom or ToT artifacts comes back into discussion. It's nice to see that you have a lot of ideas after a less active period. I'm happy to start a little mess here :)

Rune Beetle Carapace - Just a slight upgrade over RBC from VvV, which isn't much better than regular rbc anyway. Just some more resistances is all we got there. If you want to make it usefull (i doubt its ever gonna be but lets try) we have to add some more mods since resists are no longer difficult to assemble. Maybe something like 10int bonus and one more mana regen?

Swords of prosperity will only give you an advantage of 20 luck and 1fc (not if you use a shield with donation drive) if you use 190 luck shield and weapon. The price for 20 luck are shield and weapon bonuses like mr lmc resist and whatever else. Not a good deal especially if you wear that shield and mentioned before. They may be some cheap temporary solution but I don't see it in the meta. What would I add? definitely some mana regeneration and lmc.

And finally - Kasa. The vast majority of PvE characters who need sdi currently use The Scholar's Halo, which I personally find much more useful. Currently, it is a replacement of 15lmc, 2mr 1fc and 10lmc with only 5sdi. I don't know if Kasa is intended to replace Halo, but even if not, it certainly won't be very popular in this version.

How about fixing\adjusting RNG?

Explain doing Many Many Gauntlets and only getting 1 Armor of Fortune, ever, but you have a chest full of useless axes, clubs etc.

Also, doing a 3 account Shadowguard, over and over and getting Nothing, Lucked or not.

Just get rid of the useless garbage.

Apparently I'm a glutton for punishment.

mages dont get much for SDI between chest, legs and neck. As said above, Halo seems a better option.
Understandable the magic is "enhanced" from the mages head there isnt a single item for SDI in the glove slot.

Thanks for the great feedback.

The intent isn't necessarily to make a new best-in-slot item as these won't be that difficult to obtain. Simply to provide a boost to what was already there. I am also building off of the general theme of the original items.

What is one other property you think the kasa would benefit most from?

I will look at the RBC and Swords of Prosperity again too and see about adding another property.

Maybe you could choose between +20 Magery, SW, or Mystic on the Kasa? I think that could fit nicely into a build where perhaps someone would choose it over a Halo, kinda like how you can on those cloaks.

RBC - maybe another 10 intelligence?

SoP - Maybe 50% hit fireball and 50% hit harm. :D

@Dan maybe for last one you can consider Darkened Sky?
Right now it has
60hit light
Ssi 25
Di 50
Cold dmg 50%
Energy dmg 50%

I know this might be a lot to change but it could be quite usefull for pvm if for example enchanted version have some mods swap to diffrent?

Hit lightning could be hit area and hit mana leech 50 instead of di?

This actually can be used for pvm but any weapon might be used with something changed.

Right now NONE weapon can be actually used for pvm at all

Could do a full custom property for aoe spells. Hit Chain lightning would be cool. Maybe not this year and maybe pvm only

Tbh weapon hit spell damage not really give much in pvm bcs its not affected by character sdi etc i cant see any use (lightning strike from short bows is basicly 3target at once and never saw any archer doing ANYTHING with those)

Hit Spell uses 80 Eval Int. when calculating damage. I do use magic shorts in spawns with Hit Area on weapon as well.
