I've seen this come up in discussions before and I think it deserves further consideration.
What if we only allowed one logged in accounts IP to access Felucca dungeons and/or Felucca T2A at any one time? How about VvV flagged characters?
Example: Player 1, Player 2, and Player 3 are each on different accounts owned under one IP.
Player 3 logs on. On login the system could either auto kick the other player or could automatically teleporter that player to a random passage entrance.
Due to the increased difficulty of being forced into using only 1 character we could look at loot bonuses and new unique items as well for these special restricted areas.
Couldn't a VPN just get around this? Sure, but there are usually ping / performance issues when routing through VPNs and I can further deploy machine learning now to form connections between accounts based on frequency of logging into accounts on the same IP, login time behaviors, and more, to further link accounts together.
Thoughts?

- Player 1 is in Felucca T2A doing champ spawns.
- Player 2 is outside one of T2A entrance passages.
- Player 3 is logged out in Felucca T2A.
