Its been posted about a few times here throughout the years but Heritage does not drop items like OSI does - some people love it some people don't care but as time goes on I think it is making a bigger difference. Patches on OSI limiting certain caps, how much certain spells do damage wise and things like defensive chance vs dexxers and everything else is all calculated and balanced around the items that are in game and the issue I am seeing and will become more apparent as more people start to PvP is that on heritage there is not that balance, since items have such lower mods here the damages, defend chances, eaters etc are all out of wack.

I dont know how much it effects it all but if you go onto OSI and look at some of the gear especially on PvPers most of them are running suits with Eaters stacked on every peice with Casting Focus and other mods to make them stronger and more sustainable vs spells and dexxers who hit really hard and I just think that the balance on the back end of damages might be missing since the gear here is not what the damages on OSI are all coded around.
