Is Malleable Alloy still in the game and if so, where?

I could swear Malleable Alloy used to be on the Luna smith, but ofc now that I actually need it, it's not there lol. I checked about 8 other smiths and can't find it. If it's there, could some please tell me specifically which NPC has it and where they are located? (town and shop will do) Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide!

You might try the mining guild building in Minoc. I bought some there in the past. The building is just north of the MInoc Carpenters.

A more detailed post will be provided in the future but there have been some changes as we look to simplify the game, remove underused content, and add new content. Refinements were one such system that had lots of confusion, created thousands of in-game items, and was hardly used.

There are quite a few systems that are going to be added over the next year and there are also older / unused systems that will be going away.
