Expired Event Egg Hunt on Heritage: 4/7 - 4/24/2023

Time: 4/7 through 4/24


Doom Rabbit Eggs have been found spawning all over Trammel and Felucca Buccaneer's Den. The locals have begun collecting these eggs to create doom rabbit egg stew, but this action has caused the Doom Rabbit to return and protect its eggs.

Collect Doom Rabbit Eggs and turn them in to the egg basket near the cooking cauldron in Buccaneer's Den to force the Doom Rabbit to return.

Turning in eggs:

• 10% chance every time an egg is dropped to be rewarded with a hand painted egg from one of your shard mates.
  • another 10% chance every time for this egg to be hued glacial blue or gold.
• 0.5% chance (~1/200) every time an egg is dropped to be rewarded with either the Delicate Egg Handling Gloves or Worn Pair of Buccaneer Sneakers.
• Requires 200 Eggs to summon the Doom Rabbit in Trammel and 100 Eggs to summon the Doom Rabbit in Felucca.
  • Eggs required could be increased or decreased as the event goes on.

Individual Egg Turn In Contest:

• Starting from 4/13 until the end of the event(4/24):
  • The top 5 Egg Collectors will earn a special sash memorializing their accomplishments.
    
    • Great time for new players to start this event on the same level as everyone else!
  • The Egg Basket now keep track of individuals who contributed eggs as well as their total.
    • To access this leader board double click on the Egg Basket.

Global Egg Counter:

• The crate next to the egg basket keeps track of all the eggs collected.
  • Reach an undecided number of eggs collected globally by the end of the event to unlock a community reward.
    • The total number needed will be updated here shortly.
    • If that number is reached an event chest will appear near the crate for 24 hours after the event ends for players to collect their reward.

Slaying the Doom Rabbit:

• The Doom Rabbit drops the same rewards in both Trammel and Felucca but some of these items have different names and hues based on the facet they were obtained in. All items have the same stats regardless of facet.
• All rewards drop on the corpse and all Doom Rabbits can drop multiple rewards at a time. (IE - all the reward items have independent drop chances and are not related to the other drops)
  • Trammel:
    • 25% chance - Large Ornate Doom Rabbit Egg Retrieved From Trammel Buccaneer's Den (hue 1153)
    • 10% chance - Cauldron Filled With Doom Rabbit Egg Stew (hue 1153)
    • 5% chance - Title Reward Deed "Trammel Doom Rabbit Egg Hunter" (hue 1153)
    • 5% chance - Robe Lined With Fur From The Trammel Doom Rabbit (hue 1153)
  • Felucca:
    • 25% chance - Large Ornate Doom Rabbit Egg Retrieved From Felucca Buccaneer's Den (hue 2075)
    • 10% chance - Cauldron Filled With Doom Rabbit Egg Stew (hue 2075)
    • 5% chance - Title Reward Deed "Felucca Doom Rabbit Egg Hunter" (hue 2075)
    • 5% chance - Robe Lined With Fur From The Felucca Doom Rabbit (hue 2075)
  • Both Facets:
    • 5% chance - Carved Doom Rabbit Bone Trinket (hue 2953)

The community event reward number has been announced. If the shard collects 150,000 eggs or more collected by the end of the event this event reward crate will unlock on 4/24.

Global Egg Counter:

• The crate next to the egg basket keeps track of all the eggs collected.
  • Reach 150,000 of eggs collected globally by the end of the event to unlock a community reward.
    • If that number is reached an event small crate will unlock on 4/24 @ the 7am restart and remain there until the next restart on 4/25.
    • One reward per account.
    • Crate located in Trammel Buccaneer's Den.

Event changes:

Unwanted hand painted eggs are now worth 50 clean up points each.

• They will be removed from the CuB(Clean Up Britannia) list at the end of the event.

• Odds of getting a hand painted egg have been dropped considerably.
• Odds of getting a special reward have been slightly reduced further.

New potential reward added for egg collectors:

• 
• Every time an egg is added to the basket there is a rare chance to be rewarded with a Painting that includes the egg collectors name at the end.

The top 5 winners on the Egg Basket turn in list will receive their reward sashes in the next 24 - 48 hours.

These sashes will be placed in the winner character's bank box.
