Become a Discord Verified Member!

In an effort to better keep the community connected, as well as verify members, the Discord chat channel is now linked to the TrueUO.com forums.

New threads and posts will appear in the newly created #trueuo Discord channel.

Players can also link their forum account to their Discord account. Doing this will "Verify" you on Discord and move you into the new "Verified Member" Discord group.



Simply click on Connected accounts and follow the prompts.

First click on ASSOCIATE WITH DISCORD



You should then see this >


You then will see this screen where you enter your FORUMS password >



NOTICE: Once you are Verified you will be moved into the "Verified Member" section of Discord. Your Discord nickname for HERITAGE ONLY will be force changed to your Forum username.

Troubleshooting

Reasons it does not verify you:

1. You are not registered on Discord.
2. Your browser is blocking something. Try using Microsoft Edge or any other browser.

The Discord bot re-syncs rolls every hour so it can take up to an hour for it to reflect on Discord.

UPDATE:

Only Verified Members can now @everyone in the Discord chat channel. This is to cut down on the potential for outside users to abuse the Discord chat channel during times when a moderator can not be online.

If you are a Verified Member on Discord and receive a private message on these forums you will also automatically receive a private message on Discord.
