Changes

• The PvP Arena menus have been re-worked. Visit the PvP Arena board near the Luna Moongate.

Bug Fixes

• Aegis of Grace can once again correctly be worn by humans.
• Heal Potions now subject to 2 seconds heal stone timer and reduced the heal amount of the Heal Stone when consumed.
• Gargoyle cloth armor can no longer be crafted with leather resources.
• Gargoyle cloth armor will now only yield cloth when cutting with scissors. (@Meireffer has been awarded 1,500 Sovereigns for bringing this to our attention)
• NecroMageAI pets now attempt to cast Conduit.
• Bulletin Boards now retain the color of their crafted resource.
• Mystic/Sorcery named items from loot or reforging no longer have lower reg cost but instead an INT bonus.
• Using Spirit Speak now correctly reveals the user.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a few issues with some new containers and item placement when using the classic client.
• Having damage done will now correctly break the forced walking effects of Exploding Tar Potions.
• Insane Dryads will now take you out of War Mode correctly.
• VvV players can now perform positive actions, such as healing, on other "enemy" VvV members.
• Fixed an issue where pets left in Shadowguard could still generate an artifact chance for their control master, even if the control master was no longer in that instance of Shadowguard.

Additions

• Certain NPCs now have a slight chance to say random phrases when approached.
  • In an attempt to make the world feel more "alive" we have programmed some random phrases for NPCs to occasionally speak when players come within 3 tiles and have a line of sight.

Bug Fixes

• Added logging to auctions to make sure transactions are working properly.
• Welcome mats can now be dyed by furniture dye tubs.
• Pyre now has the correct body value once again.
• Fixed an issue with addons and the Britannia Galleon.
• Explosion Potions now land on their targeted location and no longer follow mobiles.
• Bows can now correctly have swing speed increase applied when reforged.
• Fixed an issue with Trade Orders and being able to use moongates and teleporters.

Additions

• VvV War Steeds have been added.
  • War Ostards and War Horses are delivered as a pet statuette. Using the pet statuette will create a bonded pet to the user.
  • War steeds cannot be traded, and when released will disappear.
  • War steeds must be fed “Essence of Courage” to keep up their battle readiness. (250 silver) A newly claimed war steed has 8 battle readiness, it loses 1 battle readiness when killed, and there is a decay rate of 1 readiness every 24 hours, feeding essence of courage restores 1 battle readiness, 20 units of readiness is the maximum possible.
  • If a war steed loses all of its battle readiness it will disappear.
  • War steeds can be resurrected by their owners using a bandage, this does not need veterinary or animal lore skill.

Bug Fixes

• There is now a forced 5 second delay between posting messages in global chat.
• Trade Order Crates should now accept "like type" items. (Wooden Bowl of Peas and Pewter Bowl of Peas, as an example)
• Bone Breaker now correctly makes sure Tactics >= 60. Before it had to be > or 60.1
• Gargoyles can once again correctly equip Arcane Robes.
• Insane Drayds should now be working correctly.

Changes

• Spell timers have been combined on the backend. This should reduce some latency when lots of spell casters are in one area at the same time. (Champ spawns and large field fights)
  • This new code is considered experimental and must be tested out here, in a production environment, before it can be released to the rest of ServUO.
  • If you notice any blatant issues please report them to us right away.
• Town NPC price changes.
  • Prices on most NPC items have not changed in over 20 years. When originally introduced things like bags of sending did not exist, you had no beetle mount to store gold, and it took much longer to take down monsters. The ability to deposit gold in a safe place has increased 20 fold over this time.
  • As the shard grows and the total amount of gold on the server increases you will see slight changes in some NPC item prices that we have consciously done to keep up on our gold sinks. We will not announce ahead of time what items are being considered for a price change.
    • An example of a few recent NPC price changes
      • Commodity Deeds now cost 25gp per, up from 5gp per.
      • Dyes now cost 500gp per, up from 8gp per.
      • Dye Tubs now cost 1,500gp per, up from 8gp per.
      • Hair Dye now costs 2,750gp per, up from 37gp per.
• Exploring The Deep quest monsters will no longer drop loot, besides their respected quest item.

Bug Fixes

• Increased insane dryads' chance to use their special disrobe ability.
• Orange targets in the arena will now take damage from all AOE, even if normally from the same guild.

Bug Fixes

• You can no longer use the Help Stuck menu while carrying a trade order.
• Feeding pets the apples in the Orchard will still force a Treefellow to spawn.
• Saying "I Renounce Virtue" at the Chaos Shrine will now correctly remove the new shrine battle titles.
• Fixed an issue where certain addons could incorrectly be placed inside house walls.
• Robe of the Equinox is now correctly elves only.
• Fixed the hit calculation logic for bola balls.
• Added proper hit/miss chances for exploding tar potion, based on alchemy, enhance pots and resist spells, per production.
• Fixed an issue where pets were not going into the Shadowguard encounters correctly.
• Fixed an issue where dark whisps were not deleted after the Exploring the Deep Peerless encounter ends.

Additions

• Merchant's Trinkets have been added as a Trade Order reward.
  • These special earrings, when equipped on a player-owned vendor, will reduce the total cost of the daily fee charged by either 5% or 10%. They come with 90 charges and use one charge per day. While not particularly useful at this very moment, we expect this to change in November when we revert Player Vendors to charge based on the production UO equation.
  • Merchant Trinkets can be obtained by completing trade orders to their respected City Trade Order Ministers. The odds to get a 5% or 10% merchant trinket are the same odds as getting a random trade sign.
  • 
• Copper Wings, Copper Portraits, Copper Sunflowers, and Copper Ship Relief Addon deeds can now be fished up in SOSs. (added to the same table as GrapeVine and LargeFishingNet)
• An Anniversary Plate memorializing a random event in Britannias past can now be found in the highest level treasure maps. (added to the same table as CoffinPiece and MasterSkeletonKey

  • Sun Dial - 50 Sovereigns
    • Tells the time when double-clicked. Name changes to Moon Dial during UO "night".
  • Enormous Venus Flytrap Addon - 75 Sovereigns
    • Comes in a random hue.
    • Acts of a trash barrel.
  • Decorative Garden Sculpture - 150 Sovereigns
    • Can be dyed with a normal dye tub.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue with Trade Order NPCs sometimes not accepting a completed order.
• Fixed display issues with ship/fire painting and barrel sponge.
• Fixed the timer display for Splintering.
• Splintering can no longer be stacked on the same player.
• Fixed a crash resulting from attempting to get a vendor search map the same time that item is being dragged by the vendor owner.

Bug Fixes

• Smoke Bombs now correctly show in Exodus Chests.
• Ninjitsu/bushido skill required to perform the second special ability on Yumi bows has been corrected. It was 60, it is now 50.
• Fixed an issue where Soulbinders could collect more than their max.
• The Scholars Halo will no longer be consumed on fail if used as a crafting resource.
• Mysterious Fragments now drop from treasure map chests (10%).

Bug Fixes

• HCI and DCI now count for less weight when spawned on armor. The cap is still 5% but since their weight is less now it can allow for slightly better pieces as there is more room for other properties/intensities.
• Thepem now correctly accepts copper ingots.
• Fixed inspected ingot names.
• The old quest system now opens ups the menu when you log in if you have one of these quests selected.
• Various fixes to the Exodus dungeon and dropping of the keys.
• The Best Served Cold Quest has been fixed.
• Added missing decoration to the exploring the deep questline.
