I recently came across a location that can not be reached on UO. The same holds true on OSI servers.

So I decided to hop on in there and place a few houses. Trammel Fire Island, no spawn.

A GLACIAL DYED GATE TO ACCESS THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN PLACED IN LUNA.

The auction will end on 6/10/2020 (14 days from this posting) and the winners will be posted shortly after.

Smallest House - 1,000gp per ticket. No limit on tickets purchased.
Medium House - 1,000gp per ticket. No limit on tickets purchased.
Largest House - 1 Sovereign per ticket. No limit on tickets purchased.
